1 General Provisions and Definitions

This document is the legal agreement between the 678bd platform and its users. "We", "us", or "678bd" refers to the authority operating this platform. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who has registered or intends to register on this platform.

"Services" refers to the 678bd website, mobile application, and all associated gaming and betting features. "Account" refers to each member's personal registered profile through which they access the platform's services.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version of this document shall be considered final. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are considered to have accepted these terms in full.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

The minimum age to use 678bd's services is 21 years. This age limit, designated For Ages 21+, is strictly enforced. If any underage person opens an account using false information, that account will be closed and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Requirements

Members must provide accurate and truthful information when opening an account. The following details are required for registration:

• Mobile number (active Bangladeshi number)
• Email address
• Date of birth
• A strong password

2.3 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and all balances will be forfeited. Different members of the same family may hold separate accounts, but a single payment method may not be used across multiple accounts.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

678bd reserves the right to verify identity to ensure a safe gaming environment. A copy of a National ID card or passport may be requested before processing a withdrawal or at any other time as needed. Failure to provide the required documents in time may result in temporary restrictions on the account.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. 678bd will not be held liable for any loss resulting from sharing this information with another person.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately via 24/7 live chat or email. It is advisable to change your password regularly. Avoid using passwords that are easy to guess.

You may not operate an account on behalf of another person. Each account is for the sole personal use of the person who registered it.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

678bd currently accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.

Deposits are usually credited to the account instantly after completion. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit, or to a verified payment account. Direct withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.3 Source of Funds

Members must confirm that deposited funds come from a legitimate source. In cases of suspicious transactions, 678bd reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

678bd offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.

For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. The wagering requirement on the bonus will be ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000. Winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after this amount has been wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Only one account per person or household is eligible for the welcome bonus.
• The bonus cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — only winnings generated after meeting the wagering requirement may be withdrawn.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account will be suspended.
• 678bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• Attempts to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

5.3 VIP Cashback

678bd's VIP program has four levels: Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week; Silver — up to 0.4% per week; Gold — up to 0.6% per week; Platinum — up to 0.8% per week. Cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the total net loss for the week. For example, a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance Terms

All bets and games on 678bd are conducted in real time. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the bet was not accepted due to a system error. For bets on matches that are suspended after they have started, a decision will be made based on the circumstances.

6.2 Errors and Technical Issues

If a technical error in the game or betting system produces an abnormal result, 678bd reserves the right to void that round or bet. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.

6.3 Game Provider Rules

Slots, live casino, and fishing games are operated under the rules of third-party providers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, JILI, and Spribe. The rules for each game are available within that game's interface.

6.4 Maximum Win Limit

Certain games or bonus rounds may have a cap on the maximum winnings in a single session. Details will be clearly communicated where applicable.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

• Bonus abuse or attempting to exploit the system
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Registering with a false identity or forged documents
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity
• Fraudulent collaboration with other members
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs
• Threatening or harassing other users

If any such activity is proven, all balances in the relevant account will be forfeited and legal action will be taken if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by 678bd

678bd may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification
• Suspicious financial activity
• Direction from a relevant authority

8.2 Account Closure by Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time. To do so, contact the support team via live chat or email. The member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed, unless that balance is subject to forfeiture.

9 Limitation of Liability

678bd makes every effort to keep its services uninterrupted and free of errors. However, 678bd will not be held liable for the following:

• Internet disconnection or issues with the user's device
• System outages from third-party payment providers
• Unforeseen natural or technical disasters
• Loss caused by the user's own mistakes
• Loss resulting from sharing login details with another person

Gaming is a risky activity. The member alone bears the full possibility of losing the amount wagered. 678bd does not guarantee any winnings.

10 Privacy and Data Protection
